Elsio Negron Rubio, M.D. graduated from Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico with a Bachelor of Science in General Science.  He attended Ponce School of Medicine & Health Sciences, in Ponce, Puerto Rico where he received his medical degree. Dr. Negron Rubio earned his residency in diagnostic radiology at Augusta University, Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, GA.  There he also went on to complete a fellowship in Vascular & Interventional Radiology and Neuroradiology. Dr. Negron Rubio comes to us with 2 years’ experience prior to joining the team at Radiology Regional. Dr. Negron Rubio is board certified by the American Board of Radiology.
