Patient Portal Choices

Patient Portal:

You may view your procedure results and schedule appointments through the portal.

  • Sign into your account or create a new account (individual email required)
  • Go to the top right hand dropdown and click “Manage Results”
  • View your appointment(s)
  • Click “view” to see your results / OR from Cell Phone: click the (+), “view” will be at the bottom
  • If you encounter any issue while accessing the portal, click the chat icon on the bottom right hand corner. Or call 239-931-8370, available Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, voicemail messages left will be returned within 24 business hours.

Breast Imaging Portal:

Breast Imaging letters are available up to 5-7 business days, if prior images have to be obtained after your appointment.

  • New patients will receive an email from importantmessage@radiologyregional.com to create an account (individual email required)
  • New and existing portal members will receive an email to alert you that your imaging letter with results is available
  • Log in to the portal to view results
  • From the main webpage click “Forgot Password” if you are unable to access the portal
  • If you view your letter online, you will not receive a copy in the mail
