Lidia Mino, Tech, Annex STAR WINNER

I would like to nominate Lidia Mino as a star employee. Recently Lidia went above and beyond by coming in on a Saturday to assist Dr. Bradley with a PACS / Vitalworks issue. Dr. Bradley was having difficulty logging in to review, approve and sign his reports. He needed to approve and sign off on his reports due to the fact he was going out of town and would not be back for two weeks. Lidia was called and asked if she could offer any suggestions. Every suggestion Lidia made did not seem to work and Dr. Bradley was still unable to open his reports. Lidia immediately volunteered to drive from her home in Cape Coral to the PET center to offer her expertise. Within a few minutes of Lidia’s arrival, she was able to identify the problem and Dr. Bradley was able to sign on and review his reports.

Lidia is always very willing to assist anyone at any center, but ON A SATURDAY!

This truly demonstrates extreme teamwork and guest service. Thanks Lidia for always going the extra step and doing what ever it takes to get the job done. I am truly proud to be your co-worker and especially your supervisor. You are an example for all employees to follow.
