Frequently Asked Questions
Q.When will my letter be available to me in the portal?
A. The system is designed so that your letter is available to you in approximately 5-7 business days. If your prior breast imaging studies were done at another facility, the time may extend to approximately 10 days so that we can obtain your prior study and compare to your current exam.
Q.Will I get my letter if my email or computer fails?
A. Yes. If you have not viewed your letter within 7 days of being available on the portal, you will automatically be mailed a printed copy of your letter.
Q.I had a chest x-ray and I want to access those results. How do I obtain my report?
A. Currently, only breast imaging letters are available through the portal. All other results can be obtained through the medical records department. You can also contact your physician to receive your exam results.
Q.What do I do if I deleted my email, my login expired, or I cannot log in?
A. You may access the portal through our website and click on the “breast imaging results” link. There you can click on the link "Forgot my password".
Q.Which email address should I use to log in?
